All products must be inspected prior to installation. No claims will be accepted once the product has been installed.
Please understand the some pictures on the website are computer generated and they could vary due to lighting condtions. Therefore, variations in colour, pattern, texture, and veining must be accepted. These differences should be considered part of the beauty of stone rather than flaws.
The purchaser acknowledges that stones vary in colour, pattern, and texture. The actual stone delivered may differ from the sample or pictures shown. Additional stone ordered at a later date may be more expensive and cannot be guaranteed to match the original stone.
All samples are provided to give a general idea of colour variation and veining. Most of our samples are small (e.g., 100×100 or 150×150mm), and PATIO PAVING does not guarantee or provide full-size samples (600×600, 600x900mm or any other size) unless special arrangements are made.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase. However, to exercise this right you must notify us in writing, (email or letter) within 14 (fourteen) working days from the day after you receive your goods.
Should you wish to return your order we are happy to accept the return of the goods within 14 days provided that the condition is as sold and that the material is still in its original packaging. We can only accept a return of the full consignment.
The customer is responsible for arranging for the goods to be returned to our premises at their cost and for ensuring they are suitably packed for transit. If pallets are returned via our courier, the cost of the transportation back to us (usually from £75 per pallet + Vat depending on your location), is still payable by the buyer.
Return address will be to our stock yard. The refund would then be raised on receipt and positive inspection of the material returned. We are unable to accept returns of excess stock/leftovers. We do not cover for consequential loss as a result of any problems associated with a delay in receipt of the goods.
